What can I do as a parent/carer?
Play games, make art and craft projects that help your child to understand why brushing their teeth is important.
Choosing a toothbrush: Take your child to the shops and let them choose their own suitable toothbrush. This may help when it comes to teeth brushing time, as they will be using a brush that they have chosen.
Play a song that encourages your child to brush their teeth, ideally one that last for two minutes which is the recommended time for teeth brushing.
